River Run gets naming sponsor
WENATCHEE — North Cascades Bank has signed on as the naming sponsor of River Run on the Fourth, a 5-kilometer and 10-kilometer run/walk event held as part of the Wenatchee area’s annual Independence Day celebration.
This year’s North Cascades Bank River Run on the Fourth will start and finish at Wenatchee’s Pybus Public Market. The event is organized by RunWenatchee. River Run was first held in 2011.
”North Cascades Bank is delighted to partner with RunWenatchee as a sponsor of these events. These activities are great ways to promote and encourage good health, positive family activities, and community spirit,” said Scott Anderson, President of North Cascades Bank.
In addition to River Run, North Cascades Bank is sponsoring RunWenatchee’s Thursday night club runs in 2015 along with its Turkey on the Run 12K, 5K and Kids Race on Thanksgiving Day and its Bundle-Up 5K next Jan. 23, 2016.
