Hip Rotation In Running. Is It Really Important?

Written on Mar 3rd, 2010 by , Category Training

Hip rotation and flexibility is a very important issue for runners. Many of us have weak or tight hip flexors, thus placing us at increased risk of injury over time. Flexibility exercises, such as those found in this video, may seem simple but are very effective. Another excellent form of stretching and flexibility is yoga. Locally, we have many excellent yoga instructors, but two that I recommend are Cathy Covey and K.C. Mulhall, both teach at Inner Circle Gym. Check them out and enjoy the video. Happy Training!
