1 mile warm up

Drills: lateral slide, backwards running, lateral slide, high knees and Burpees (5) x 3 rounds

6-8 x 800 meters @ 10k pace or 5 seconds faster per mile, 200 walk recovery between each 800.

1 mile cool down
