Vitamin D and Endurance Performance

This article is a very well written article on the benefits of Vitamin D for athletic performance. I have had my own Vitamin D levels tested (click on the  Bioletics banner on this site for more information) and I am now taking 2,000 iu of Vitamin D3.  This may be an often overlooked deficiency that is easily replaced with supplementation and healthy diet.  Enjoy the article and let us know what you think!
